Questions about transcripts.

Which calls can be transcribed?
Any recorded call on a business account with call transcription. Press Transcribe call on the call, and the transcript and its summary follow shortly after.
Who can read the transcripts?
Owners and admins always can. Your company decides whether the rest of the team can listen to and read every call, only their own, or none.
What happens to card numbers said on a call?
Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes the transcription detects are replaced before anything is stored, and the transcript marks where. Detection can miss one, so treat it as a safety net, not a promise.
Who writes the summary?
AI writes it from the transcript, and says so on the page. Each sentence links to the moment it came from, so you can check it against the recording in a click.
Can I find a call by what was said?
Yes. Search call history by words said, and filter transcribed calls by the caller’s mood, the call’s category and whether it needs a follow-up.
Can I send a transcript to someone?
Email it to yourself with the summary and the follow-up, copy the summary, download the transcript as text, or copy a link that opens the call at a moment.
