How it works
Unknown callers press 1, or say their name, before your phones ring. Likely spam is labeled.
Three levels
Label likely spam marks the caller’s name with SPAM# and still rings. Screen likely spam asks those callers to prove they’re a person. Screen all callers asks everyone who isn’t known.
Say your name, at home
A home can ask callers to record their name instead of pressing 1. You hear it and choose to accept or decline.
What happens to the rest
A caller who doesn’t finish screening goes to voicemail, or hears a message and is hung up, as you choose. Numbers you block never get that far.
